Bread Baking Opportunities

As a professional baker, you will be responsible for creating an array of bread products that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Bake all types of bread from dough, including artisan-style loaves and specialty items.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in bread baking and replicate them in our bakery.
  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain the freshness of all ingredients.
  • Operate and maintain baking equipment to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Conduct regular quality checks throughout the production process to uphold our reputation.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Ensure adequate supply of prepared products on hand and maintain proper storage and refrigeration.
  • Clean and maintain all baking equipment, including ovens and mixers.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in bread baking or a related field.
  • Knowledge of different types of bread and their ingredients.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with others.
  • Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
