Large Scale Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our large-scale building projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Job Description:
- Lead project teams to deliver complex building projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant industry experience, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
