Job Title: Senior Researcher

Join a prestigious university to apply for the role of Senior Researcher. The NTI-NTU Corporate Laboratory invites applications for this position.

Job Description:

Design, plan and set up a new plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition system.

Conduct experiments on PECVD growth of boron nitride nanomaterials.

Optimize PECVD parameters and analyze SEM, TEM, Raman and other material characterizations.

Perform thermal characterization and real-application tests.

Prepare monthly reports and presentations for meetings and project deliverables.

Mentor PhD students.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • PhD in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Material Science, Physics or related disciplines.
  • Experience operating CVD systems for growth of 2D and nanomaterials.
  • Experience with nanomaterial characterization techniques.
  • Good management, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Strong sense of responsibility for research and work.
