Event & Exhibition Designer - 3D Max

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Event & Exhibition Designer to lead our team in creating cutting-edge, high-impact 3D visual concepts.

This role is ideal for a talented individual who thrives on developing creative, experiential events, exhibitions, and spatial environments that captivate clients and internal stakeholders alike.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop immersive 3D visual concepts using 3ds Max for experiential events, exhibitions, and spatial environments that drive engagement and business results.
  • Transform creative briefs into compelling, strategic 3D experiences that align with client goals, spatial logistics, and brand identity—from ideation to final execution.
  • Serve as a creative bridge between internal teams and clients, translating objectives into visual narratives and presenting design solutions with clarity and impact.
  • Confidently communicate and present concepts using visual storytelling to gain stakeholder alignment and approvals.
  • Lead the entire 3D design process—analyzing briefs, conceptualizing environments, modeling, rendering, and preparing technical documentation—while ensuring build feasibility and design excellence.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions industry or related fields.
  • Advanced skills in 3ds Max for modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering.
  • Strong background in spatial design, storytelling, and visualization.
  • Experience producing production-ready renders and technical drawings.
