About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Specialist to lead the design, development, and delivery of end-to-end AI solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8-12 years of relevant experience in AI, data modeling, and reporting. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into optimized AI data models, queries, and reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop AI solutions using SAP BW, including data modeling and reporting.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in HR-related AI extractors and support integration with SAP HR and other functional modules.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and translate them into optimized AI data models, queries, and reporting solutions.
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8-12 years of relevant experience in AI, data modeling, and reporting.
  • Expertise in design, development, and delivery of end-to-end SAP BW solutions.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence.
