APPLIED MATERIALS SOUTH EAST ASIA PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Materials Supply Chain Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supply Chain Management: Directly manage the supply of key outsourced modules/components, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
  • Procurement: Process purchase requisitions, purchase change orders, and communicate with suppliers on demand forecasting.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate part-level information in MRP, ensure timely updates of supplier commits, and manage ad-hoc supplier PPV requests.
  • Supplier Management: Effectively influence suppliers and internal stakeholders to meet company deliverables, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop solutions.
Secondary Responsibilities
  • Ad-Hoc RFQ Requests: Support business needs by processing ad-hoc RFQ requests.
  • Logistics Support: Assist the logistics team and suppliers in resolving Receiving Variant Notices (RVNs).
  • Accounts Payable Support: Provide first-line escalation for Accounts Payable (AP) disputes submitted by suppliers.
  • Audit and Compliance: Audit assigned suppliers' material inventory positions to ensure sufficient material availability is maintained to support Applied Materials' needs.
  • Business Process Improvement: Drive overall business process improvements both internally and with suppliers.

Requirements

  • Strong Supply Chain Management skills, with experience in managing complex supply chains.
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop solutions.
  • Proficiency in MRP and other supply chain management systems.
