Job Title: Hair Stylist Director

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hair Stylist Director to lead our team of hairstylists. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, while mentoring and guiding junior staff members.

  1. A key aspect of this role is providing expert advice to clients on the latest hair designs and trends.
  2. You will also perform advanced hair cutting and coloring techniques such as highlights, ombre, and balayage.
  3. Additionally, you will be responsible for styling hair, including blowouts, curls, braids, ponytails, and updos.
  4. Upselling clients on products and services will also be an important part of your role.
  5. Maintaining ongoing relationships with clients and developing trust through excellent communication skills is crucial.
  6. Ensuring a clean and sanitized workspace is also essential.
  7. Familiarity with salon policies and procedures is required.
