Job Description

The Night Shift Care Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our centre during night hours. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

The primary responsibilities of this role include monitoring CCTV cameras to ensure resident compliance, documenting activities and incidents, attending to phone calls and messages, assisting with medication administration, and performing various administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional care and support to residents.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset;
  • Minimum 1 year experience working in a healthcare or social services setting;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information;
