Business Performance Analyst Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to analyze and improve our business performance. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in evaluating and analyzing financial data, identifying risks, gaps, and opportunities for efficiency and growth.

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and ROI assessments.">
  • Evaluate and analyze business operations to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.">
  • Develop, monitor, and interpret financial and operational performance metrics, KPIs, and dashboards.">
  • Partner with leadership to design and implement process improvements that drive financial and operational scalability.">
  • Support strategic decision-making by assessing the financial impact of business initiatives across Product, Sales, and Operations.">

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, be able to communicate complex financial information effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).">
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a hybrid role combining both.">
  • Proven ability to perform financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting at a high level.">
  • Experience analyzing and improving business processes, with a strong understanding of operational inefficiencies.">
  • Background in SaaS or health-tech industries preferred.">
  • Proficiency with BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).">
  • Advanced skills in Excel, with experience in accounting/finance platforms such as QuickBooks, Xero, and SQL-based analysis.">
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with strong communication skills and the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.">
