Job Summary:

The Product Display and Merchandising Coordinator is a crucial role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction through effective product displays, merchandising strategies, and market research.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement product display and merchandising plans that meet brand guidelines and company expectations.
  • Conduct ongoing market analysis to evaluate product trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships.
  • Oversee the rollout of new product launches and coordinate promotional events and campaigns.
  • Work with the sales team to gather insights on customer preferences and market shifts.
  • Monitor inventory levels and work with relevant teams to ensure adequate supply.
  • Compile and analyze data to produce regular reports on product performance and sales trends.
  • Assist in developing category-specific plans that support business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Foster partnerships with retail and supply partners to strengthen business relationships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively under pressure.
