Mathematics and Science Educator

We are seeking a dedicated educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong subject knowledge in Mathematics and/or Science, excellent classroom management and communication skills, and the ability to create engaging lesson plans.

Job Responsibilities
  • Teach students in a small-group setting
  • Develop individualized lesson plans tailored to each student's needs
  • Focus on coaching and mentoring beyond just content delivery

The successful candidate will be a team player who can also work independently when needed. They will be adaptable to a fast-paced and evolving work environment and have a positive and proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.

Required Qualifications and Skills
  • A diploma or degree in Education, Mathematics, Science, or a related field
  • Teaching certification (preferred but not mandatory)
  • At least 1 year of professional tutoring experience
  • Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics and/or Science aligned with the MOE syllabus
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills
  • Proficiency in creating and adapting lesson plans to meet students' needs

Working Arrangements

One weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) and three mandatory full working days per week.
