Senior Imaging Nurse Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced imaging nurse specialist to join our team. As an imaging nurse specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of imaging procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' conditions and provide appropriate nursing care prior to imaging procedures.
- Prepare and position patients for radiological examinations, ensuring safety and comfort.
- Perform IV cannulation and assist in contrast media administration when required.
- Collaborate closely with radiographers and other clinical staff to coordinate patient care and procedural support.
- Monitor patients' conditions during and after procedures, responding promptly to any concerns.
- Carry out related administrative and clinical duties, including documentation and maintaining patient records.
- Adhere to infection control, safety, and clinical practice standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Fully registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
- Minimum 3 years of nursing experience; prior experience in an imaging or procedural setting is an advantage.
- Proficient in IV cannulation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
