Job Title: Growth Marketing Coordinator

Job Description:

As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through multi-faceted marketing strategies. This role involves developing and executing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, content creation, and offline promotions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search engine rankings
  • Manage Google Ads campaigns, optimize performance, and report ROI
  • Create engaging content, manage social media calendars, and monitor engagement metrics
  • Execute ground campaigns, recruit shift workers, and coordinate street teams
  • Manage targeted email campaigns, segment customer lists, and personalize communication
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and stakeholders for joint promotions and co-branded initiatives
  • Monitor KPIs across all channels, conduct competitor research, and prepare regular performance reports
Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced marketer who can hit the ground running. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a multi-faceted marketing role, covering areas such as SEO, Google Ads campaign management, and social media content creation.

  • Proven skills in SEO, Google Ads campaign management, and social media content creation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Office 365, and design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar)
  • Familiarity with WordPress website admin and basic HTML/CSS knowledge preferred
  • Experience in both online and offline campaign execution
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
