Building Facilities Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our facilities department, you will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of all building facilities.
This includes overseeing the operation of central chiller systems, cooling towers, pumps, air handling units, fan coil units, compressors, building management systems, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment.
In addition to performing routine maintenance tasks, you will also be responsible for attending to facilities work and M&E installations, coordinating with contractors for repairing work, and providing support to production.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as experience in facility and/or building management.
A minimum Nitec qualification in Engineering and Facility Management certification is required, along with knowledge on ISO 14001 and OHSAS18001 management systems.
Candidates should be able to perform 12-hour shift rosters, including day and night shifts, and take initiative as self-starters who can work with minimal supervision.
- Able to analyze and resolve complex problems
- Experience in cleanroom environment an added advantage
