We're seeking a passionate Retail Sales Executive to join our team As a key member of our retail operations, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining store displays, and ensuring inventory levels are always replenished.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service

  • Demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences through personalized service and product knowledge
  • Handle daily customer inquiries and feedback in a prompt and professional manner
  • Manage returns and exchanges efficiently, adhering to company policies

Operations

  • Support daily retail operations, including cashiering, housekeeping, and visual merchandising
  • Maintain store presentation consistent with our brand image
  • Assist in sales plan execution and participate in marketing events and promotions
  • Contribute to inventory management and replenishment
  • Support visual merchandising efforts to enhance customer shopping experience
  • Operate POS systems accurately and handle various payment modes
  • Communicate feedback from in-store activities to supervisors

Requirements

  • Possess a genuine interest in the beauty retail industry and customer interaction
  • Experience in retail environments, preferably in beauty retail (no experience? No worries)
  • Be a positive team player who thrives on collaboration
  • Self-motivated, open-minded, and proactive with high integrity level
  • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptable in fast-paced environments
  • Able to solve problems and plan effectively
  • Will work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Able to start in September 2024
