Biotechnology Team Lead

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Biotechnology Team Lead to collaborate with our team on site with clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and validating new experimental techniques, adhering to rigorous quality control standards, and ensuring the integrity and purity of cell cultures.
- Oversee operations involving bioprocess execution, including handshake protocols and prompt configurations
- Manage and optimize batch recipe inputs for efficient bioprocess execution
- Execute and optimize chromatography techniques in a downstream processing capacity
- Cross-functionally collaborate to ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation
- Contribute to technical workflows and automation strategies
- Evaluate and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant life science field (e.g., biology, biotechnology, biochemistry)
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in biotechnology or biopharmaceutical manufacturing
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
- Multitasking ability and adaptability in fast-paced environments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as collaboration aptitude
