About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop innovative solutions for machine automation and medical device design
  • Provide expert consultation and technical guidance in mechanical design, automation, medical compliance, and project management
  • Analyze technology trends, conduct feasibility studies, and propose innovative solutions to enhance machine design and automation processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical designs into complete machine systems
  • Initiate and manage project proposals for funding, grants, and sponsorships
  • Lead various programs for the organization, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with organizational objectives
Requirements
  • Suitable credentials in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Product Design, or an equivalent field
  • A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in mechanical design, machine automation, or related areas
  • Proficiency in utilizing software for mechanical design (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
  • Expertise in designing mechanical systems, machine components, medical devices, and automation solutions
  • Knowledge of automation technologies, including PLC programming, robotics, and control systems
  • Familiarity or experience in additive manufacturing, materials science, or 3D printing is considered a valuable advantage
