Our organization is seeking a skilled Treasury Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of treasury management principles and be able to apply this knowledge in a dynamic environment.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Assisting in the preparation of financial reports, managing bank accounts and ensuring timely reconciliations;
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders and/or banks on loan drawdown and repayment;
  • Monitoring due dates for outstanding loans to prevent delays;
  • Collaborating with other teams to optimize cash flow and minimize idle funds;
  • Participating in ad hoc treasury projects as required.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Treasury Specialist will be expected to possess excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

For this role, we are looking for a highly motivated individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and has a keen eye for detail.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in finance or a related field;
  • Strong knowledge of treasury management principles, including cash flow planning and risk management;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
