Job Title: Financial Director
">The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5+ years in senior leadership roles. They should have demonstrated success in driving financial operations, governance, and compliance across diverse international markets.
">In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining internal controls, accounting standards, and compliance frameworks. You will also oversee external audits, tax filings, and statutory obligations across multiple jurisdictions.
">Additional responsibilities include managing working capital, cash flow, and financial risk, as well as enhancing finance systems, tools, and automation to strengthen accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
">You will also be responsible for leading continuous improvement initiatives to optimize financial operations and controls. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams (HR, Legal, Operations) to drive business success.
">The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting, audit, and taxation. They will be a strategic advisor and trusted partner to local leadership, contributing to growth, investments, and cost optimization.
">Required Skills and Qualifications:
">- Over 12 years of progressive finance experience
- At least 5+ years in senior leadership roles (CFO, Deputy CFO, Head of Finance, Regional Finance Director)
- Demonstrated success in driving financial operations, governance, and compliance
- Strong understanding of accounting, audit, and taxation
