Job Title: Visual Storyteller

This is a leadership role that requires exceptional creativity and technical skills in film production, lighting, and videography. As a Jr. Director of Photography, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, managing, and producing various video/media production projects.

  • Project Management: Plan, prepare, and source necessary equipment and crew according to allocated budget for each project.
  • Creative Direction: Provide insightful creative and visual inputs/directions for production concepts and scripts, and actively participate in storyboard creation and development.
  • Visual Styling: Develop and execute the overall visual style and aesthetic of the production, including lighting, color palette, camera angles, and movement.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree/Diploma in Film, Sound & Video or Media or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience working in relevant industry and job scope.
  • Skills: Proficient knowledge of filming equipment set-up and requirements, photography and videography skills, and technical knowledge to operate, configure, set up, and fix video, audio, lighting, or other production equipment.
  • Software Skills: Competency in relevant software such as Adobe Premiere CS6, After Effects (Adobe), Lightwave, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator etc.
