The primary objective of this role is to provide financial support to the Frequent Flyer Program unit.


Job Description: The successful candidate will be an integral part of the Finance Division within this unit, focusing on clearance of suspense accounts and proper accounting of Frequent Flyer Program Liability accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Timely and accurate invoicing for FFP miles earned by KrisFlyer members and HighFlyer Corporates on air and non-air partners
2. Ensuring accurate accounting for KF miles, HF points earned/redeemed vis-à-vis air and non-air partners
3. Preparing schedules to monitor over/under provisions for Other Airlines (OAL) FFP liabilities
4. Completing FFP information in Revenue Accounting System and UAT for system changes relating to FFP accounting

Requirements:
1. Possess a Diploma in Accountancy or Business Administration
2. Meticulous, self-driven and able to work independently as well as in a team
3. Able to work under pressure and perform under tight deadlines
4. Proficient with Microsoft Office – Excel & Word and IT savvy
5. Both fresh diploma holders and candidates with work experience are welcome to apply
