Job Overview

This role involves delivering exceptional financial management services, ensuring seamless business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Reporting: Generate accurate billing and claims details, prepare reports for internal stakeholders, and submit GST returns on time.
  2. Credit Control: Send statements of accounts to customers, manage overdue accounts, and ensure proper recording of all transactions in compliance with GST regulations and financial reporting standards.
  3. Internal Management: Prepare month-end closing reports, analyze accounts receivable aging, and track cash flow monthly. Close communication with relevant departments to clarify discrepancies and maintain accurate records.
  4. Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues through calls and emails, and provide timely support.
  5. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to Goods and Service Tax (GST) regulations and Financial Reporting Standards (FRS).
