Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Maintenance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production machinery and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage maintenance repairs, particularly with Press Machine and Double End Tenoner.
  • To minimize machine downtime and perform troubleshooting to identify causes of equipment failures.
  • To prepare and ensure parts are readily available for production processes.
  • To monitor electrical and mechanical spare parts stocks for critical machines and equipment.
  • To participate actively in HSE audits, ISO audits, and other quality control activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Possess at least 6 years of factory equipment maintenance experience as a plant or maintenance engineer.
  • Well-versed in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, industrial automation, and PLC (Siemens/Mitsubishi).
  • Hands-on with strong analytical and troubleshooting/problem-solving skills.
