The Private Advertiser is seeking a dedicated and results-driven individual to fill the role of Deputy / Project Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for managing project progress, leading a team, and ensuring that all contractual requirements are met.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree in civil engineering or a related field, as well as a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction and infrastructure works. Strong leadership skills, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently are essential for this role.

The duties of this role include:

  • Site project management and overall responsibility for project progress
  • Leading a project team and handling technical issues
  • Assisting in tender preparation and attending meetings
  • Ensuring capability to fulfill contractual requirements by reviewing tender documents/drawings and proposed construction methods
  • Ensuring project (cost, resources, quality, schedule) is under control
  • Handling client complaints and implementing corrective action
  • Ensuring safe work procedures are implemented at site

This is a full-time position requiring a 6-day workweek. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package to the successful candidate.
