Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and promote our brand with passion and enthusiasm.
  • Perform luxury hair and scalp treatments with excellent skill and a service-oriented attitude.
  • Conduct head massages, wash & blow styling services, hair spa treatments, and hair loss solutions for clients.
  • Offer expert consultations and professional advice to clients regarding treatment options and product recommendations.
  • Deliver hair spa and wellness therapy services in line with our organizational standards and procedures.
  • Monitor inventory levels of hair care supplies and report any shortages promptly.
  • Adhere to safety, sanitation, and health standards to ensure a safe and clean environment.
  • Play an active role in customer referrals and retention through exceptional service and relationship management.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, reception, and general customer service tasks.
