  • He/She will uphold high standards of hygiene and lead performance development initiatives.
  • Troubleshooting production issues and collaborating with central kitchen teams is also a key responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing kitchen operations to ensure seamless execution of daily tasks.
  • Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste.
  • Leading by example, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and a positive attitude.
  • Collaborating with central kitchen teams to resolve production issues and improve efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in traditional Cantonese or Teochew noodle and congee cuisine.
  • Strong culinary skills, attention to detail, and creativity.
  • Positive attitude, leadership experience, and a passion for quality and innovation in Chinese cooking.
