Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Fundraising Strategist to join our team at SPD. The successful candidate will be responsible for raising funds to support our cause and meet fundraising targets to serve people with disabilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fundraising, sales, and marketing, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field. They will be self-driven, outgoing, and possess excellent communication skills to engage with Chinese- and English-speaking communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to drive new engagement with untapped sectors and high net worth individuals.
  • Acquire new donors and maintain existing relationships through prompt follow-ups, reporting, and opening channels of support.
  • Craft compelling proposals and present existing platforms in an engaging way to interest potential donors.
  • Analyse donation landscape, giving trends, and donors' needs and expectations to develop targeted approaches.
  • Provide support for collaborative fundraising with corporate partners, including giving advice on fundraising and attending events independently.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in fundraising, sales, and marketing.
  • Self-driven, outgoing, and possesses excellent communication skills to engage with diverse communities.
  • High emotional intelligence, adaptability, creativity, and presentation skills.
  • Determined and resilient individual with impeccable integrity.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, we also offer opportunities for professional growth and development.
