Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Project Administrator cum Accounts Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing quotations and invoices, managing administrative tasks and documentation, assisting with basic accounts and payment tracking, supporting the Human Resources function (attendance, leave, recruitment, KPI), and liaising with clients and suppliers.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue quotations and invoices in a timely manner.
- Manage administrative tasks and documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with basic accounts and payment tracking to ensure seamless financial processes.
- Support the Human Resources function by handling attendance, leave, recruitment, and performance management.
- Liaise with clients and suppliers to foster strong business relationships.
Requirements:
- Experience in the construction and renovation industry is an asset.
- A high degree of organisation and attention to detail is required.
- The ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively is essential.
