Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Test Specialist to join our team at Lightway HR Consultancy Pte. Ltd.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • To assist the Service Operations Manager in executing daily work duties, ensuring seamless operational flow and productivity.
  • To coordinate, schedule, and execute testing arrangements with the team on a monthly basis, guaranteeing timely completion and quality results.
  • To resolve breakdowns during testing and unforeseen disruptions that occur on site, utilizing technical expertise and problem-solving skills to minimize downtime.
  • To arrange for test weights before full load testing, prioritizing safety and equipment integrity.
  • To serve as the primary point of contact between SPE/Company and the client whenever necessary, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • To handle any other ad-hoc matters/issues that may arise, demonstrating adaptability and professionalism.

  • Troubleshooting: Excellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and implement effective solutions.
  • Supervisory Skills: Demonstrated supervisory skills, with experience in managing teams and making informed decisions.
  • Electrical: Knowledge of electrical systems and principles, with experience in working with electrical equipment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Test Execution: Proven experience in executing tests, with attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Technical Support: Ability to provide technical support and guidance to team members, ensuring smooth operation and resolving technical issues promptly.
About the Role

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of SGD $60,000 - SGD $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
