About the Opportunity

This is an exciting chance to lead the existing channel partners and distributors in the Singapore network, working with a leading manufacturer of industrial compressed air solutions.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for compressed air solutions in Singapore, focusing on expanding the channel network. They will also identify and establish new channel partners to drive growth in the market.

A key aspect of this role is conducting business analysis, including SWOT assessments, to evaluate competition, market trends, and customer feedback. The individual will build strong relationships with distributors and customers to meet sales targets and drive order generation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies for compressed air solutions in Singapore.
  2. Identify and establish new channel partners to drive growth in the market.
  3. Conduct business analysis, including SWOT assessments, to evaluate competition, market trends, and customer feedback.
  4. Build strong relationships with distributors and customers to meet sales targets and drive order generation.
Requirements
  • About 4 years of B2B Channel Sales Management experience in relevant sectors.
  • Experience in managing challenges of channel sales with industrial products - air compressors, etc.
  • Comfortable with a local market portfolio.
What We Offer

A competitive estimated salary range for this position is SGD $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
