Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute actively to Contact Centre service quality KPIs and awards.
  • Provide feedback on workflow and productivity improvements.
  • Manage and resolve customer issues/feedback within established guidelines.
  • Log customer feedback accurately in GIFT and service requests/enquiries in CRUISE.
  • Track and follow up on open service requests to ensure adherence to SLA.
