About Our MissionWe believe that every individual can be a music maker, and our team works collaboratively with learners diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, intellectual disabilities, and other developmental needs.
Our mission is to empower these individuals to grow in confidence, communication, and creativity through music.
Your Role as a Music EducatorAs a Music Educator, you will:
- Conduct personalized piano sessions tailored to each student's learning profile
- Facilitate small group music classes to build social and musical skills
- Create goal-oriented weekly lesson plans aligned with our in-house curriculum
- Monitor and document student progress, celebrating each milestone
- Collaborate with our team on external teaching, curriculum development, school events, and other projects
You'll receive comprehensive training on working with children with special needs.
Who We're Looking ForWe welcome applications from music educators who possess a foundation in music, genuinely enjoy working with children and youth, and are patient, empathetic, and motivated to make a meaningful impact.
- Have a strong playing ability, especially piano
- Are adaptable, open to feedback, and willing to grow in a dynamic teaching environment
- Communicate effectively and work well with parents and team members
