Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and deployment of projects, overseeing on-site operations, and ensuring quality of service to clients and safety on site. The role also involves coordination between project vendors and incident/accident reporting, as well as management of warehouse operation and inventory.

Additionally, the Logistics Coordinator will provide monthly management reports in accordance with the required type and format, and assist in audits and logistics support, including creating, monitoring, recording, and maintaining unit store records in the Authority's IT systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum ITE certification or equivalent
  • Literacy in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Medically fit to perform the functions stated in the scope of work
  • Preferred to have at least three years of working experience in Supply Chain or Logistics Management, with knowledge in stock management and experience in using Procurement IT Systems (e.g., SAP) optional/preferred
