  • Foster social, emotional, and confidence-building growth in children.
  • Embed core early childhood education values through meaningful events and activities.
  • Cultivate a collaborative team environment, promoting positive relationships with colleagues.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and reflective practices to enhance teaching skills.

As a key contributor, you will empower children to develop essential qualities like collaboration, creativity, critical thinking, and empathy, equipping them to lead with confidence and success.

Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education-T (DECCE-T).
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Certified by ECDA.
  • Strong understanding of young children's developmental needs (birth to age 6).
  • Effective classroom management and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage stress and maintain organization.
