Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Technology Specialist to join our team at DBS Bank. As a Risk Technology Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the execution and coordination of the EASRE risk functions related to the execution of framework components and sustainment of technology risk governance across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the execution and coordination of the EASRE risk functions related to the execution of framework components and sustainment of technology risk governance across the enterprise.
  • Perform Risk Assurance functions in support of standards, guides, and processes established within the EASRE function.
  • Manage audit management, including managing and coordinating internal/external audit activities among various stakeholders and auditors, including but not limited to regulators.
  • Promptly perform the risk assessment, validate the risks identified, and propose mitigation controls for the risk areas.
  • Partner and manage the respective stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams (Application, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure) to assess and manage Technology Risks relating to Site Reliability Engineering, CyberSecurity, and Emerging Technology, including but not limited to Blockchain, 5G, IOT, and Public Cloud.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline with minimum 10 years of experience in the Financial/Banking IT industry.
  • Experienced in defining and driving software quality processes within SDLC framework and exposure in CI/CD/Cloud Apps/APIs/Microservices development environment.
  • Experience in IT audit and CISSP/CISA/CISM/CRISC certified.
  • Familiar with Application Life Cycle, IT Resiliency, IT Asset management, Access Controls, Change Management, Incident Management, and Cybersecurity Controls.
  • Knowledge of Information Security Policy, Cyber Security Act, MAS Technology Risk Management Guidelines, MAS Outsourcing Guidelines, etc.
  • Demonstrated experience of leveraging data and analytics to get stakeholder buy-in is a plus.
  • Meticulous with an eye for details and ability to perform deep-dive investigation and crunching for control and process issues.
  • Able to manage stress and multi-task in a fast-paced environment and able to work on irregular working hours.
  • Able to collaborate at various levels of stakeholders from the operating level to the senior management across locations.
  • Able to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks and responsibilities.
  • Systemic thinking with strong analytical and planning skills.
