Job Overview

The Depot Repair Engineer role involves overseeing the implementation and maintenance of cutting-edge tools and machinery to optimize board-level repair and ensure maximum availability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough defect troubleshooting at the PCBA level and configure equipment for testing or analysis purposes.
  • Conduct failure analysis on defective boards used for both sea and land applications.
  • Refurbish electronics units and assemblies to their original working condition.
Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum Diploma in a relevant field, a minimum of one year of relevant experience, knowledge in Electronics Engineering or an equivalent discipline, and experience in product-level testing and debugging.

Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate a willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and an understanding of quality and process improvement from card-level repair to testing.

Additional Requirements

A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. The candidate should also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
