Regional Partnership Development Specialist

About the Role
IWG plc is a global leader in the flexible workspace industry, with over 3,400 locations across 110 countries. We are seeking an ambitious and driven individual to join our Partnership Sales team in APAC as a Regional Partnership Development Specialist.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and driving the completion and closure of new partnership contracts across the APAC region. Working closely with the Group Legal team, they will finalize detailed contract terms and ensure smooth deal closing. This role offers a unique opportunity to establish and manage a team, leveraging commercial acumen and strong stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and administer all partnership deals to facilitate rapid and effective deal-closing.
- Work directly with relevant Sales Managers and link up with the Group Legal team to administer the deal completion process.
- Respond to prospective partner comments/queries on standard terms and conditions.
- Effectively manage internal legal sign-off processes to ensure timely and accurate information sharing.
- Evaluate and escalate any deal-blocking issues for swift resolution.
- Develop strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders.
- Exercise sound commercial judgment and identify opportunities for growth.
- Maintain a database of partnership agreements and deal summaries.
The ideal candidate will have a mixture of legal, contract, and deal-administration experience. They should possess strong attention to detail, administrative skills, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Previous experience in reviewing and negotiating high-value commercial agreements is highly desirable.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with commercial and legal aspects of B2B contracts.
- Previous experience in administration or deal coordination roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to cope with high workloads and demanding deadlines.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. The ideal candidate will be based in Singapore, reporting directly to the Group Partnership Development Director.
