Strategic FX Risk Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Strategic FX Risk Manager.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing foreign exchange risks and have a proven track record of success in this field.

This is a key role that requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential losses.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of risk management objectives with business goals.
  • Analyse market data and trends to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Recommend and implement hedging strategies to manage currency risks.
  • Manage relationships with counterparties and negotiate deals to achieve optimal outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Strong knowledge of foreign exchange markets and instruments.
  • Experience in risk management and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities.

Requirements

The following qualifications and skills are required for this role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in foreign exchange risk management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities.
