We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development of advanced digital twin applications using Unreal Engine.

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Singapore. We offer competitive salary commensurate with experience.

You will be responsible for architecting scalable and modular software systems within Unreal Engine projects, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, visually stunning real-time 3D applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead development and delivery of advanced digital twin applications using Unreal Engine (preferably UE5).
  • Architect scalable, modular, and maintainable systems to support growing project complexity and future expansion.
  • Collaborate closely with technical artists, designers, and project managers to meet project requirements and deadlines.
  • Guide best practices in coding, workflows, and version control across the team.
  • Mentor junior developers and support knowledge sharing.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and refactor existing code and assets for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Unreal Engine (Blueprints and C++) in real-time 3D or game environments.
  • Proven leadership experience including team guidance, code review, and mentoring.
  • Strong expertise in architecting scalable and modular software systems within Unreal Engine projects.
  • A keen eye for detail and dedication to visual fidelity.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Plastic SCM or Perforce version control systems.
  • Past work examples demonstrating code quality, system design, and scalable architecture.
