If so, we encourage you to apply for the Field Services Engineer position at Repligen Corporation. As a key member of our field service team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing Repligen systems throughout the Asia Pacific region. You will also respond to customer inquiries, resolve technical issues, and collaborate with local sales teams and product managers to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, maintenance, and service of Repligen systems, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues, communicating complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Collaborate with local sales teams and product managers to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including documentation and reporting
- Participate in training programs to stay up-to-date with company SOPs and quality systems
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electro-mechanics or a related discipline
- At least 8 years of experience in repairing, maintaining, and installing equipment used in scientific instruments, laboratories, or bioprocess settings
- Strong knowledge of cGMP and GDP regulations, as well as experience with CSV and automation architecture
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to draft and execute SOPs and work instructions
- International passport with ability to travel visa-free within APAC and EU/USA, driving license, and willingness to work flexible hours
