Requirements:
We are seeking an individual with hands-on technical expertise across the full technology stack, experience with large-scale software systems, and end-to-end system development skills. The ideal candidate should have familiarity with Agile methodologies, modular design, automation, CI/CD, TDD, and infrastructure automation, as well as knowledge of modern web technologies and cloud platforms.
A strong leadership background and soft skills complementing technical expertise are also essential. We are looking for an individual with at least 5+ years of development experience and 2+ years of coaching developers. A passion for engineering excellence and teamwork is a must.
