Job Title

The Marine Construction Project Manager is an integral part of our company's success.

This role is responsible for planning, executing and technically managing marine construction projects from inception to completion.

  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to develop comprehensive project plans that meet industry standards and project requirements.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of engineering designs, drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
  • Support the construction manager and quantity surveyor in managing project progress claims and mitigating potential risks.
  • Establish effective communication channels with contractors, suppliers and project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project delivery on time and within budget.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • Relevant experience in marine construction with a strong understanding of industry practices and regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and implementing project management plans that align with company goals and objectives.
  2. Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  3. Providing technical guidance and resolving complex engineering issues.
