Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Printing Operations Coordinator to join our team at WSH Experts PTE. LTD.

Company Overview:

As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of our printing facilities, ensuring that all equipment is functioning correctly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain adequate supplies in the Print Room, including toner, staples, paper, laminating films, binding rings, and request forms and stationery for staff use;
  • Monitor and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the Printing Room;
  • Attend to photocopier breakdowns in staff rooms, checking the cause of breakdowns before calling the serviceman and liaising with vendors on maintenance schedules and repairs;
  • Perform other administration duties as assigned by the school, such as sorting, distributing, and filing documents, attending to walk-ins/calls, etc.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment and procedures;
  • Able to perform tasks with minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality when necessary.

Salary:$45,000 - $55,000 per annum (depending on experience)
