We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project leader to manage our complex IT projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of project scopes, objectives, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential threats.
  • Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, and report to senior management on progress.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Information Technology or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership capacity.

Requirements:
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
  • Experience with AV products such as Biamp, Crestron, Extron, BOSE, Barco, Poly, Cisco, Logitech, etc.
  • Min. 3 years of experience in a project coordination role within the AV, IT, systems integration, or a related technical industry.
  • Experience with products like videowalls, LED, video conferencing systems, amplifiers, speakers, and control systems.
