Your Role
  • You will design and document ShopBack's business processes to meet requirements from internal stakeholders under the guidance of a mentor.
  • You will identify and prioritize a backlog of feature requests from the business.
  • You will monitor and manage releases and bug fixes.
  • You will work closely with product and engineering teams to integrate third-party solutions with our proprietary backend systems.
  • You will train users and drive adoption for released processes.
  • You will conduct user acceptance tests and work with key stakeholders on adoption of new processes.
  • You will measure the impact of new processes and track productivity improvement metrics.
  • You will support stakeholders to monitor business metrics through the creation of reports and dashboards.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and location.
