Job Title: Data Scientist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Data Scientist to join our research team.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of statistics, machine learning and optimisation, with experience in working with large datasets and modern LLM architectures.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to advance their career in data science and contribute to innovative research projects.

  • Design and implement machine learning models to improve LLM performance
  • Analyse and interpret complex data sets to inform research decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy data-driven solutions

This is a one-year contract position, with the possibility of renewal based on performance and funding availability. Competitive remuneration package, commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Requirements
  • Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence or Computational Linguistics
  • Good command of English, with additional language proficiency being an advantage
  • Familiarity with PyTorch and parallelised Nvidia architectures
  • Proficiency in Python, Regex and C++
