  • Conduct outbound calls to customers and secure appointments by effectively communicating the value proposition and addressing customer queries.
  • Foster and enhance relationships with customers through regular calls, emails or other forms of electronic communication to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer inquiries and objections with confidence and professionalism.
  • Meet conversion targets set by the business for contact rates, appointment rates and other key performance indicators.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and updates on activities, leads and appointment details to inform business decision-making.
  • Maintain adherence to regulations and quality standards in all call activities to ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in inbound or outbound sales environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
