Financial Planning Expert

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our Finance team as a Business Planning expert. In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating cross-functionally with multiple departments to solve problems, drive change, and act as a strategic business partner.
Key responsibilities include providing financial insights and business performance across our services and solutions portfolio. This involves oversight of all reporting, forecasting, and planning, analyzing financial data, and ensuring accurate and timely financial information is provided.
Monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reporting and variance analyses will be conducted to ensure that the finance team is operating efficiently. Additionally, you will guide the finance team toward completing closing and variance analysis in an accurate, consistent, and timely fashion.
Cross-functional collaboration is essential in this role, where you will work with multiple departments to solve problems, drive change, and achieve results. You will also participate in business development by identifying business opportunities, communicating action plans across departments, and executing them effectively.
The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of financial statements and performance indicators, with solid experience in scenario simulation and business case development. A business-minded individual with excellent presentation, communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills is required. Proficiency in advanced PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI skills for simulation and financial modeling is necessary.
