Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive

As a sales and marketing executive, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our products and services to customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Promoting and selling furniture and wood fixtures to customers through various channels.
  • Handling customer inquiries and following up on leads to ensure timely responses and conversions.
  • Preparing quotations, sales orders, and product presentations that meet customer requirements and company standards.
  • Collaborating with designers and production teams to deliver custom orders efficiently.
  • Visiting clients or project sites as needed to provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships.
  • Supporting marketing plans, social media, and events to enhance brand visibility and engage with target audiences.

Our ideal candidate possesses the following skills and qualifications:

  • Experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the furniture industry.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Able to speak and write simple English to communicate with diverse groups of people.
  • Brief knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) to manage data and create presentations.
  • Responsible and self-motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel locally for client visits and participate in market research activities.
