Cyber Threat Exposure and Vulnerability Management Lead

GIC Private Limited is a leading global long-term investor, seeking an exceptional individual to join our Chief Operating Officer (COO) Office as a Cyber Threat Exposure and Vulnerability Management Lead.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, leading, and managing a comprehensive cyber threat exposure and vulnerability management program. This includes vulnerability and penetration testing, co-managing our rapid threat assessment program, monitoring and managing emerging threats using the threat exposure management lifecycle, participating in the design, testing, and implementation of relevant security controls, providing governance on threat exposure, vulnerability remediation, and emerging threats, collaborating with stakeholders to align security practices with organisation goals, managing cyber security vendors, soliciting, managing feedback, and understanding unique business requirements to strengthen our security posture or balance risk in the controls, collaborating with relevant departments to ensure security measures are integrated into all aspects of the business, developing and managing relationships with industry community such as FS-ISAC, relevant local or regional cyber security organisations or industry peers, assisting in audit, regulatory, and incident reporting matters where relevant, establishing a culture of collaboration, excellence, and teamwork, and keeping up-to-date with industry and technology trends and breaking news that may be relevant to keep GIC secure.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately $180,000 per annum, based on your experience and qualifications.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field, with at least 5-9 years working in a threat exposure and vulnerability management function or similar. You will have experience with deep and/or broad cyber capabilities such as incident response, threat intelligence, breach and attack simulation, penetration testing, offensive security, and security operations. Strong analytical and practitioner skills, combined with excellent written and verbal communication skills, are essential. You will also have the ability to break down complex problems and articulate them clearly to a non-technical audience. Relevant certifications in SANS, OffSec, or other relevant credentials are highly desirable. Knowledge of cybersecurity organization practices, operations, risk management processes, principles, architectural requirements, engineering, threats, and vulnerabilities, including incident response methodologies, is required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is necessary.
